Support for multi-monitor sessions where the monitors attached to the Client PC do have different resolutions:
It could happen that after a re-connect of a session, the Connection Bar was not shown to the user. This is fixed.
Windows has this policy for which Users or Groups are allowed to Shutdown or Reboot a PC/Server. Unfortunately since Windows 10 / Server 2016, this policy does not seem to be properly implemented any more in Windows, possible because of the Shutdown / Reboot buttons on the logon-screen of Windows 10.
A collateral problem of this is that Auto Logon might not work properly.
We have implemented a Bug Fix / Improvement / Work Around such that Auto Logon does work despite the problems with the ShutDown / Reboot policy.
- In case Application Control is used for Administrators,
- it is used on Windows 10 or newer, Server 2016 or newer,
- Session Popup (ts-session:) is used for the Administrators,
- the (not so good working...) Windows Policy will be ignored by AADS and the Session Menu will always show Restart and Shutdown to the Administrators.
